I’ve been a member of 24 hour fitness for quite a while and I didn’t like the fact that the bishop Street blocks the entrance to the Upstairs gym with their Snack cart. I asked the front desk woman if I could use the equipment and she said she blocked the area because people don’t put away their weights She also said it’s only for trainers however she is wrong. The sign says welcome to members. I do understand that them trainers have priority in this area. However, there was no training session going on. Please inform your staff that this is also a members area for training.

Jerry is the best! Bishop 24 is THE best gym. Staff (Jerry, Justin, Randallyn, and Maria) always go above and beyond to deliver outstanding customer service. They also keep the gym very clean and well stocked. I truly appreciate all the hard work this team puts in every day. Class instructors (Bob and Katie) are amazing. They are very talented and motivating.

The sauna light has been strobing intensely for over a week!!! Feel like its dangerous and going to cause seizures. When i asked if i could turn light off they said no! Fix the light bulb or take it out.

The steam room is atrocious (filthy with dirt and mud and hasn't been cleaned since oir first visit). The workers know about it but just said we have to get better! The facility itself is dirty and unsanitary!

It’s a gym in the remains of an old bank. Convenient location and the vault doors in the basement are cool, but it’s not open 24 hours, despite the name, and their equipment is in need of replacement. They also don’t have a turf area for core exercises.
