J-Gumbo a month agoA great experience with the friendly staff and the overall gym itself. If you’re looking for a convenient gym while on vacation or living in the area. This is your gym. It’s an open air gym within a warehouse of downtown Honolulu, HI with up to date lifting equipment and weights. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is serious or routine with their fitness. The merchandise is pretty stylish as well for gym apparel. I stopped in while visiting in May of 2026.
Kenar Agee a month agoThe atmosphere at this gym is unmatched. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcomed, motivated, and genuinely valued regardless of your fitness level. Every trainer and front desk employee carries themselves professionally, takes the time to answer questions, and consistently goes above and beyond to help members succeed. What really separates this gym from others is the people. The staff creates an environment that is positive, clean, organized, and encouraging without ever feeling intimidating. You can tell they truly care about the members and take pride in maintaining high standards throughout the facility. Whether it’s offering guidance during workouts, keeping the equipment spotless, or simply greeting everyone with a great attitude, their customer service is phenomenal. Easily one of the best gym experiences I’ve had.
Hebi Kim 9 months agoSuper awesome locally owned gym with the perfect combination of extended hours, gear for aficionados, and convenient location. Pros: Jaron the owner is amazing, welcoming, and personable. He's a friendly guy who takes time out of his day to check with each member and regularly upgrades the space-- truly passionate about weightlifting and lifting others up. The gym is spacious, organized into bodybuilding and powerlifting zones. It's aesthetically beautiful and the equipment is not just standard issue, it is GOOD. It's very easy to love lifting here. It's not a super-franchise, and is built by someone who is passionate about bringing the best to Oahu. I had enough space to do my physical therapy program, which kind of requires that I sprawl out a bit, comfortably even during peak hours. Super easy to communicate swapping in on stations with the other members when it's busy, too. It's inspiring because 1) virtually everyone there is a regular and 2) everyone genuinely enjoys getting a lift in!! It's beginner friendly and is easy to go from newbie to gym nerd really fast with the encouraging environment and the way it's set up to handle progressive goals. Fwiw nearly all the members are in my same age bracket (20s-30s). Cons: If you're into changing onsite late at night, there is a secured bathroom in the external part of the building, but it is not attached to the gym itself. I never had a safety issue with using the bathroom, and the gym's main entry is secured, but as someone who is femme-presenting I wish I had a buddy to go with during the late night hours.
Chris N a month agoVisited the area and drove 30 minutes every day just for this gym. Absolutely worth the trip. Perfect for powerlifting and bodybuilding alike. Environment is great and people are very friendly. Wide variety of equipment to fit anyone’s training style.
James Patton a year agoThis is an absolutely incredible gym. I will be back here anytime I am ever on Oahu There are so many squat platforms and benches. There’s a belt squat machine. Cardio equipment. All sorts of other machines It also was surprisingly not crowded. I’d only see a handful of people in the mornings. Anyone that lives in the area should have a membership to this amazing gym
