This gym is Awful! Not well maintained at all. Equipment and bathrooms are absolutely filthy. The owner Alan doesnt care at all. He constantly disrespectful to staff and trainers. By far one of the worst gyms in the area. Save your money and go elsewhere. You have been warned. Extremely toxic environment.

Atrocious bathrooms, the most disgusting I have seen. We saw that it was not maintained. Neither was the general cleaning. Furthermore I tried to cancel our memberships, but they charged me for 5 months even though I verbally spoke with the owner and my former trainer multiple times. Then they disputed it! As if I failed to send emails to whom I documented to. Extremely unprofessional. You get what you pay for. Lack of service. Poor hygiene, if you have respiratory issues look up as the dust has not been cleaned for over 5 months on the ledges or on pipes. My husband had breathing problems, I notified our trainer that it was an issue however he did not do anything.

Gym owner, Alan, was very accommodating to allow drop-ins. I was able to get my programming done in a very well equipped local gym. No complaints at all!

Dropped in for a day pass on vacation. Incredibly nice and well maintained equipment. Great gym environment as well. A bit expensive for a day pass at $26 but other than that it was a fantastic workout!

Update 4/17/26 they still haven't cancelled my membership. These guys are pathetic losers who clearly need money. Avoid at all costs I’ve called and emailed several times to cancel and refund my payments. No response ever. They keep charging my card and stealing my money. Do not get a membership here. Update, they are still attempting to charge me every month I've disputed it with my credit card company and they've refunded me every time. I encourage you all to do the same.
