Awesome gym with great equipment! Marc and Tina showed us around and we had lovely chats. Everyone was super friendly and you can totally tell the community here is something! Definitely will be coming back for the cool atmosphere when we visit Oahu in the future — mahalo! Quinn & Amy

A very good gym with a clean, modern, and well-maintained environment. The equipment is high quality and suitable for all types of workouts. The trainers are friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help with proper guidance. I really appreciate the motivating atmosphere that keeps me consistent with my fitness goals. It’s spacious and never feels crowded, making workouts comfortable and stress-free. Overall, it’s an excellent place to improve health and stay fit.

Great gym! Has old school vibes and an amazing selection of equipment. Leg machines for days and sweet prime equipment! Would highly recommend.

Went here per recommendation from a friend of mine, since he told me that this gym has prime fitness equipment. And I just gotta say that. Wow this gym is amazing if you like that old school bodybuilding type vibe of gyms with amazing equipment(like prime for example), they also have a posing stage in the gym! look no further than this gym. Tina helped me with a day pass and was a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much again! I’m sad this isn’t my permanent gym. This gym makes me want to move to Hawaii just to call this place my home gym.

Visited Hawaii and heard of this gym on social media, it definitely lives up to the hype! Great, friendly people and wonderful space. Staff goes above and beyond to help and support you. I felt right at home here! Would highly recommend visiting if you’re in the area!
