Based on a recommendation from someone whose family trains with Nate, we connected our daughter with Nate 2 years ago when she was 16. Put simply, Nate changed her life dramatically for the better. 3 30 minute training sessions a week turned into an almost daily gym habit for our daughter. Her transformation into a much stronger, healthier, and happier person was amazing to watch. About 3 months ago, my wife & I started training with Nate only 2 30 minute sessions per week. Although we dread going in just about every time (HA!), both of us are already seeing positive changes in our strength and energy.

I’ve been going to this gym for several months now and doing personal training sessions with my fiancé. Nate, the owner and trainer, is a fun, energetic, and knowledgeable guy with a ton of experience and integrity. We love the guy and can’t recommend him enough. If you’re on the fence, come on and give it a shot!

It took a few days to get connected with someone but once I did I was able to set up a consultation rather quickly. There are plenty of options within the space which would have made it nice to work out it. Its smaller, but ideal for anyone who is looking for 24hr service. After my consultation I needed a day to move things around on my schedule to commit to the trainers availability we agreed on. Unfortunately when I connected with him he was already booked, he told me that he would ask another trainer if they had availability. I never heard from the other trainer. I reached back out to see if there was another day that worked and again, I never received a reply. Communication is key. This one is two blocks from my house so it would have been ideal but it wasn't meant to be. Ive heard great feedback from other about this GYM which is why I went there in the first place. I found another local gym already so I am glad that I can move forward.
