The red haired girl that works overnights is awesome!!! I just started working out a couple weeks ago and she showed me how to use the equipment and what each machine does, she was very helpful and informative.

Came in this weekend to see they finally got rid of that rude lazy girl who does nothing in the morning and always wears a hat inside daily Id walk in to see her sitting on the counter with her phone or laptop and headphones in. I don’t think she’d ever greeted me or anyone else for that. One time I asked for her manager and she really told me she’s the manager clearly not aware I have talked to Brett about her before. This new girl is nice and funny and cleaning so much just in the few hours I have seen her work. They should’ve fired her months ago, best replacement I’ve seen Update: I was unfortunately wrong, she just took time off like she does work when she’s there. Cancelling my membership so I can be done with her attitude!

If you can find another gym do it. Planet fitness has taken close to $200 of my money for going maybe 3-5 times. They keep saying they will pause or close the account and charging me some type of yearly fee even after the account was frozen for 2 months then I was told closed after I called the next time. Then they didnt want to refund any of it not even the last month i was charged just a few days ago. So i leave thinking i lost all that but ill get the last month for free on the east coast since i had to move. From there I find out its not closed cause I get charged 3 months later and have to do this whole thing again. They barely answer the phone and there is no customer service or customer number that will help.

This location has become extremely disappointing. The parking lot is a disaster and half the time you cant even get through because no one can see where to park. When you walk in the employees are sitting on the counter or have their backs turned chatting to themselves and don't even acknowledge your check in. Today was especially enlightening when I checked in and the desk clerk didn't even look up from her coloring book. (Not kidding) No one upholds the gym rules. Guests talk on their phones, slam weight machines, leave piles of their belongings on the gym floor, use a machine and leave without wiping it down. Not sure what employees are here for... That being said, the equipment is always dirty, you can find evidence of sweat drips everywhere. So much potential for this location but it has definitely declined. If it wasn't the closest PF to my house, I probably wouldn't come here anymore.

This is my local Planet Fitness. I enjoy going here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It is normally pretty clean. They make sure to keep sanitation items readily available. They have a variety of cardio machines, weight machines, free weights, body weight only exercise area and much more. Other gyms in the area will run you upwards of $50. You can get a standard membership here for around $10 or an upgraded black card for around $20 or so. You have use of their TV or audio while there. They have nice bathroom and shower facilities. You are able to tan and use the massage beds with an upgraded membership. Also, you get discounts on drinks and snack items. A few times a month they will give out free food. Pizza, donuts, bagels, or the like. They have a personal trainer you can meet with for free. There are also classes. My only complaint here would be how frequently certain equipment is not useable, and how long it takes to get a repaired. That may be beyond their control. Also, occasionally ladies bathroom facilities experience some issues, but nothing serious.
