The establishment was exceptionally clean, and the staff was quite accommodating. I was initially apprehensive about visiting due to the reputation of Planet Fitness, but this particular location exceeded my expectations. The value for the price is unbeatable.

Not too crowded. Equipment is in good shape. They always let me get a short term visitor pass when I'm in town. It's great!

I am extremely disappointed with the Panet Fitness lack of customer service. After my bank account was compromised by fraud, I reached out to request a one-time courtesy on late fees, but they refused to even investigate the situation. To make matters worse, they are blocking my membership cancellation until these fees are paid, essentially forcing me into additional billing cycles for a service I no longer want. I would advise others to be cautious of their rigid and unhelpful billing policies.

The hydro massage beds only have cold water and lose pressure (it completely goes away) in the small of your back area. The rest of the facility was normal

Pretty awesome club the staff is great it's usually not packed any time day or night.
