I enjoy going here but it is frustrating that it takes forever for the TVs to be reset after a storm. I have also informed staff a couple times about the two bench presses being right on top of each other making it difficult to place the plates on especially when the other press bench is being used. I’ve been told they know and plan on moving over the one bench press but still hasn’t happened and it has been a couple months.

I would not recommend this location. Canceled my account IN PERSON and was informed that I wouldnt be charged again. A month goes by and I was once again charged for my membership. After going through the cancelation process again but this time online I was finally able to cancel. They would also not allow payment reimbursement for their own negligence.

i scheduled an appointment to meet with a personal trainer as I’m getting back into the gym. The trainer failed to show for the appointment, and when I asked why I had not been notified in advance of the cancellation, the staff response was borderline disrespectful. I was then informed that the trainer was transitioning out of the role. That raised the obvious question of why the appointment was scheduled in the first place. I have since been told this location currently does not have a trainer available. If the location does not have an active personal trainer, it should either staff the position appropriately or stop advertising personal training services altogether.

I wanted to express my appreciation for the attentive staff. I informed them that the handle on the paper towel dispenser in the men's room was stripped and jamming. Two days later it was fixed/replaced. On another note, I am a relatively new member but have always found the staff courteous and welcoming and the facilities clean.

It’s one of the more spacious PF. Everything seemed to be in good condition & working properly. My only issue was the entire bathroom & locker room is practically COVERED with hair everywhere. You’d think there was a pet in there or something. Absolutely gross. Hair in the showers, the toilet stalls, the sinks, the drains. Just overwhelming amounts of hair really & it’s odd because it looks very clean minus the dirty shower doors. My fiancé said the men’s showers were dirty.
