Fit Therapy is an amazing gym! It’s a clean and inviting space with a variety of unique machines and top-notch instructors! The classes are small which allows for a very personalized experience, in which instructors give feedback and modifications specific to your body. Every teacher is very knowledgeable and all the classes are challenging and fun. I have seen real results over the past couple of years and feel stronger than ever before! I highly recommend Fit Therapy.

I absolutely loved being a member here when I lived in New Orleans. The staff and owners are truly amazing people, motivating, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. They constantly pushed me to be better and helped me stay committed to my fitness goals. The energy in this gym is unmatched, and every class leaves you feeling stronger. Anytime someone asks me for a gym recommendation in New Orleans, this is always my first answer. Such a special place and community.

I love Fit Therapy! I just recently moved to New Orleans and was looking for a studio that was friendly and help me get into a good routine. My first class was with Taylor and she’s the best instructor! So encouraging, always near by to help you and suggest you go heavier in weight (lol). They offer a variety of classes and every trainer I’ve had is great (Kelsey, Tarra and Matt)! Natalie and her husband who own Fit Therapy are so kind and love seeing her at the front desk every morning! Fit therapy is my new gym home, you’ll love it!

i have been going to fit therapy for a couple months now and i’m absolutely obsessed! all the trainers are so helpful. they really help you with your form and doing the workout on all the machines correctly. i have been to most of the trainers in there and every single class never misses! i feel great every time i leave. i love going to fit therapy and i go a couple times a week! im addicted and i feel very special everytime i go in there.

For some reason Class Pass isn’t allowing me to leave my review on this place and maybe it’s because it isn’t a positive one. I did not have a good experience here from beginning to end. Upon arrival the instructor was not very welcoming and I had to ask multiple times where things were located (it’s typical to give people a tour of the gym when their new but I guess she didn’t care to give me one.) Also the moves in our workout were advanced which I have no problem with but I would appreciate if she came around to correct our form sooner rather than chatting with coworkers which was very distracting. Overall the vibes were not it and I won’t be returning.
