This gym offers a very good overall training environment. The equipment is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of options for both strength and cardio workouts. I like how organized the space is, which makes it easy to move between exercises without hassle. The trainers are professional, approachable, and ready to help whenever needed, especially with form and workout planning. The atmosphere is energetic but still focused, which helps maintain consistency. It does get a bit crowded during peak hours, but the experience is still smooth and worthwhile for regular fitness training.

Very clean, affordable gym with all the equipment one needs! Very welcoming and nice staff. The dogs were also super fun to see everyday I went to the gym.

Loved my time at this gym! Amazing staff and great energy. Sad to leave because I’m moving, but I highly recommend it!

Not only does this gym have all the equipment I need, but the people who work and workout here are such an incredible community. Gunny has done an impressive job building a safe space for all different types of people at all different types of fitness levels and welcoming them all. As a woman, it’s taken me a long time to find a place like this where I feel so supported. Highly recommend!

I’ve been working out at G Fit during my time in New Orleans, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. They go above and beyond to create a friendly and inclusive atmosphere, which is so refreshing when you’re away from your usual gym. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned gym-goer, this place has everything you need. If you’re traveling and looking for a great place to work out, G Fit is a must-visit. Highly recommended!
