My experience was great until today. My schedule is very busy, so I ended up going to this corporate gym 15 min before they close just to do some quick leg exercises that I cannot do in my own apartment’s gym. The fitness trainer shows me angry face and kept telling me they close at 6 and she wants to leave at 6. she was still angry despite me confirming I would leave by 6.ridiculous and awkward. Her outrageous reaction left me no mood of exercising. So I left around 5:53. while she still sitting there because she can’t leave by 6 anyway. The way she said thank me for leaving quickly is frankly weird and insulting. This is the most horrible experience I ever got in a gym.

Great place to work out! Come work at Capella Tower and find out the benefits of having Steele in the building. Don't wanna give away too much cuz then ya'll will just want to work here. But, the classes are awesome, especially when Sam is teaching. I don't think he's ever repeated a class and he has such positive energy. And I'm always so glad I went afterwards.

Locker rooms, showers, towel service, group fitness, and decent machines. Price is reasonable too at $40. Only open to tenants.

Really well run, perfectly sized gym for the downtown worker.

Great staff and nice facilities. Lacking some basic gym equipment, though.
