I can’t say enough good things about this gym, especially the kids program. The coach is incredibly patient and has a natural ability to connect with each child, no matter their personality or experience level. You can tell there’s a genuine passion for teaching—not just jiu jitsu, but also discipline, confidence, and respect. The way techniques are broken down makes them easy for kids to understand and actually enjoy learning. Classes are structured but still fun, and the coach does a great job keeping everyone engaged while making sure no one feels left behind. If you’re looking for a place where your child will be supported, challenged, and excited to keep coming back, this gym is a fantastic choice.

I love this gym, they have continually worked with me to find the ways I needed to meet my fitness goals. The staff is all incredibly kind and amazing. Especially coach VaVa, Faith and Josh. This gym feels like a family and they really care about every single individual in their gym. I recommend checking this gym out if you are looking for a place to get in shape and have real people who care about helping you reach your goals! They also offer amazing Jiu jitsu classes with a lot of talent and all levels from white to black belts as well as kick boxing and incredible personal training weight lifting sessions you can join where they help you learn how to lift properly to prevent injury. The environment is extremely welcoming to all people of all fitness levels. I truly enjoy Bodyfit KC!!!!

My fiancé and I just completed 16 weeks of personal training with Faith at BodyFit and we are super grateful for the experience. We wanted to start with personal training because neither of us had ever lifted weights before or really been in a gym much. Faith did an incredible job of making us feel comfortable in the gym from the first session. Each session was a fun but focused hour built around our core lifts & complemented with accessory and HIIT work that was specifically tailored to each of our goals. Faith did a great job of keeping us both challenged and engaged, even with our differences in strength & fitness. She has a deep knowledge of lifting technique and even helped each of us work through pain we experienced early on in training, showing us how to adjust and finetune so we would continue pressing without discomfort. Thanks to her guidance, we were able to train consistently and pain-free. We’ve made significant progress in our overall strength and fitness & feel more confident in the gym than ever! We would highly recommend Faith for anyone interested in personal training to help progress their fitness goals.

I am in town visiting and did the drop in class with Josh. It was such a great workout and so much fun! I felt so welcome. Kaden and Faith were very helpful and very nice! Highly recommend this gym :)

Met with Faith today regarding training and memberships. She give me a tour as well as provided valuable information on sessions and personalize goal tracking benefits. The facilities were awesome and the staff very professional and friendly.
