I really enjoyed Mark's class. Him and his wife were very supportive during my workout, especially being my first time attending the class. The atmosphere was so welcoming, friendly and encouraging. So far, I can say this is the best workout class I have ever attended. I will defiantly be attending more classes.

Its a great class thats more strength oriented than cardio, though it did get my heart rate up. The emphasis is on form and quality reps- the instructor is great about answering questions and giving you guidance. Its a great way to start a Friday morning!

Mark helped me get strong and fit for a climb to Mt Rainier in the state of Washington. Mark will motivate you and push you to become stronger and will give you the BEST advice on form and posture. The CORE strong family is also very awesome and welcoming!
