Great experience all around. The staff and trainers within the gym are not only good at their job but good people. No complaints at all. loved the gym culture they had. Open a gym in Miami and I’ll be there.

Pros: 24 hours, get access quick, and lot of space with good amount of working equipment Cons: Dirty and spider problem, broken machines, and the air is hard to breathe and made me cough a lot while in there. I definitely think this gym could be 5 stars (and probably was in the past), but as of now looks like maintenance of the facility isn’t being prioritized. Hopefully the next time I’m in town and try them out, it’s a better experience.

Great no-frills gym with all the equipment you need, minimal crowds, and a welcoming, respectful atmosphere. It's quite literally a big garage gym and I’ve never had to wait for equipment. No flashy amenities, but that's fine by me. If you want a classic place to lift at a fair price, Archetype is it.

Fecal matter on the toilet seat. Spider hanging from the air while I'm working out and there's so many cob webs. Not a clean facility at all. :/ Owner doesn’t seem to care a mouse has been in the gym. Just disgusting.

This is honestly one of the best gyms I’ve ever been a member of. Such a great environment! If only one was open in the Wendell/Zebulon area.
