Colette Bauer a month agoIf you are looking for a gym that can help you grow in your goals, in your enjoyment of exercise in many forms, and grow in your knowledge of fitness, Studio Brick is for you. There are people who like working out and people who don't, Studio Brick is a place for both types to co-exist harmoniously. I worked out there for a year and a half, expanding my repertoire and my confidence. I was in between these two types, loving to run outside and the occasional home workout or yoga class. I started Studio Brick in order to supplement my running, building strength and recover from injury while preventing future injury. Here, I found the support and advanced knowledge that has helped me with those goals. We crushed everything from functional workouts, strength training, running focused fitness, and playful exercise games. I learned something new each week. Along the way, I also found fun, playfulness, encouragement, and most of all, community. Erica has done a wonderful job turning her vision into reality. She attracts coaches who share that vision. If you want to be a part of this energy and see all the amazing and unimaginable places you can go, I highly suggest checking them out as soon as possible. You won't regret it.
Lori 2 months agoBrick is amazing! My son works out with Dylan and has helped him so much with his fitness and overall strength. Erica (owner) is beyond amazing. She listened to what you need and then matches you with the perfect trainer. The studio has the best equipment, is clean, bright and everyone is welcoming. If you are looking for a gym and trainer that listens and makes you stronger look no further than Brick Studio!
Britni Prybol 3 months agoI wanted to train at Brick for years before I made the decision to go. As someone who had never lifted heavy weights, it was intimating for me. It shouldn’t have been! I was recently pregnant (and didn’t know) but once I went, I was drawn to the people and the space. I trained with Erica (owner) throughout my pregnancy and credit her for my strength during labor and delivery. If not for her, I know I would have ended up in an emergency c section. I started back training around 6-7 weeks postpartum and Erica, as a mom herself, took all the proper precautions. We love Brick so much, my husband and teenage son train there. Now, 9 months postpartum, I’m lifting heavier than I have my entire life and my back pain is gone! As someone raised in Raleigh, Brick is the best here, and I’ve been everywhere. Classes are amazing and I’ve never had a trainer I didn’t enjoy. All the love to Studio Brick!
Ella Schwochert 3 months agoBrick is the best strength and conditioning studio I've ever been a part of. And, I'm only attending the group classes! As someone who has had 3 knee surgeries and 2 hip surgeries (retired soccer player), I am mostly doing workouts to prevent injury. I started with Brick consistently postpartum with twins a year ago. Now, not only am I healthy, but I am running again! Something I have not done in almost 4 years. I have signed up for a triathlon in October, and not just a sprint, an Olympic distance! Brick has given me both the strength and the confidence to do what my mind has always set out to accomplish - Competing in triathlons. I am so thankful, and would recommend them to anyone.
Alex Covington 2 months agoI've been training with Fernando at Brick for six months and couldn't be happier with the results. The gym is awesome. There is a wide variety of equipment available that is well maintained. I have seen great results over the last 6 months. Highly recommend!
