This gym has all the equipment that I could want. There is a lot of space for you to spread out and have your own area to do crossfit style workouts or circuit training. The owner was very friendly and welcoming.

I absolutely love training at the North location of Hard Work Strength & Performance Gym. The facility is exceptionally clean, well-organized, and fully equipped with everything you need—whether you're just starting out or training at an elite level. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to help, creating a motivating and supportive environment. What really sets this gym apart, though, is the energy. Being surrounded by driven, hard-working athletes is incredibly inspiring and pushes you to bring your best every day. I was visiting Raleigh for the weekend and found this gym on google. It’s very well organized. It fits every gym demographic (influencer, bodybuilder, power lifter, strongman, weightlifter, crossfitter)

super clean and crazy organized. It’s perfect for all kinds of people—powerlifters, CrossFit fans, influencers, you name it. No matter who you are, this place works. The receptionist is so friendly right when you walk in, which is huge. A gym can feel kinda intimidating, but they make you feel chill from the start. Joe, the owner, is awesome too. He’s all about making the gym the best it can be for everyone. The posing room is a cool bonus, and the lighting’s on point. This isn’t just a gym—it’s like a big fitness family. Totally love it!
