I’ve been a bit frustrated with this location over the past few weeks. I understand that renovations are ultimately a positive improvement, and I generally love this gym. However, lately it’s been very difficult to get a proper workout in. Yesterday, I went around 5:30 p.m., and while I understand that’s a busy time, the gym was so crowded that I was only able to complete two exercises. I couldn’t even find available dumbbells. After an unsuccessful attempt to work out, I decided to use the sauna instead, but it was closed for maintenance. I also haven’t been able to use the sauna at all over the past three months. Members shouldn’t be negatively impacted by ongoing renovations, or at the very least, there should be some form of compensation or membership adjustment. We’re paying full price but not receiving access to the amenities we’re paying for. It raises concerns about whether memberships are being oversold. The solution shouldn’t simply be to avoid peak hours.

It's the best place on Earth. Well second best. Number 1 is church! still the best gym in the southeast region! This is actually a statistically fact.

A friend and I went to Life Time for a facility walkthrough. Olivia was our tour guide and she graciously began with a brief helpful sit-down informative/question & answer exchange. Next was the gym/club tour. Our facility walkthrough was filled with information and explanations. Her tour included the gym, all amenities, group class previews, etc and membership options. Olivia’s genuine interest in us knowing and understanding about Life Time was refreshing. She exceeded our expectations of every aspect of a tour guide and delivered excellence. Thank you Olivia!! The facility is incredible and has so much to offer. You must check it out!

The gym is amazing it's very big and has lots of personal trainers! They have a nice basketball court and pickleball court they have everything you can imagine! Even a hair dresser and café!!! The indoor and outdoor is amazing it has 2 water slides and two huge hot tubs for 12 and older and the locker rooms are so big I got lost in there! They have everything you could ever need! The only down side of this place is how expensive it is but I would totally recommend this it's very kid friendly too!

I have been a member of multiple gyms and this one is by far and away the best. It’s my sanctuary. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable (shout out to Olivia & Gary - thank you!) There are a wide variety of classes available. The amenities are top notch. And I cannot say enough about the personal training programs. I work out with Brandon and this man is definitely a master of his craft! I have had some pretty incredible results thus far and know that I am going to reach my goals with his guidance and expertise.
