Worst gym owners ever. I own/run a small business and I would never treat customers the way I was treated. I tried calling and showing up in person to cancel my membership over a dozen times total and could not get anyone to accomplish that. So I got a new credit card thinking they couldn’t charge the new one. But they did. For almost 2 years. When I figured that out I called the credit card company and had them removed from auto charge. They immediately started sending me texts and emails in addition to calling me non stop. After 4 months of not getting their dues I finally got their attention. One of their managers called and after telling him I wasn’t going to pay because they had been charging me unknowingly, I asked for the owner to call me. He never called. Instead he sent me to a debt collector. Hope this helps everyone else find another gym! Do not give these scumbags any of your money!

I had a great experience at this gym. The facility was very clean, the equipment was well maintained, and everything felt organized. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions. It made working out there comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a solid place to train!

Curt Hamilton is an incredible trainer knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in helping you improve. Every session feels focused and positive, and the gym atmosphere is always welcoming, clean, and high energy. Training here has been an amazing experience overall. Highly recommend!

Would give it a 1 star but it’s a Great atmosphere I love to workout here. Only problem is the cleanliness. The sauna never gets bleach it smells and the showers and bathroom barely gets cleaned. I’m upset I signed up for a year. If these simple changes don’t happen myself and several others I talk too are walking. This is still a issue after a couple months of posting this review

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. When I signed up, I clearly stated that I only needed a month-to-month membership for a couple of months because I would be relocating to another state. I was assured that I would not be charged the $59.99 annual fee. However, after about 45 days, they charged my card the annual membership fee anyway. I have called multiple times to resolve this issue. Each time, a different front desk representative answers, takes all my information, and promises that a manager will call me back—but I have never received a callback. On one occasion, I was able to speak with a manager, he said they have initiated refund and will be taken care by a company called ABC. Intention was to keep my mouth shut .It is been two months and there is no credit. I was able to talk to another manager her name is Abby . she refused to issue a refund and said that the company policies donot allow any refunds This experience has been extremely frustrating. Be cautious—they make promises to attract customers but do not honor them.
