I joined this gym recently and have been quite satisfied with the overall experience. The first thing you notice is how clean and well-maintained the place is, from the workout floor to the equipment and changing areas. There’s a strong variety of machines and free weights, which makes it easy to follow different workout routines without feeling limited. The trainers are professional and approachable, and they don’t hesitate to help correct your form or suggest better exercises when needed. The environment feels disciplined but still friendly, which helps a lot with staying consistent. It does get busier in the evening, but even then the flow is managed fairly well. Overall, a very solid gym for steady progress.

It's the perfect place for me. They issue you key fob so you can access the equipment anytime day or night. For people with demanding schedules this is a perfect place. All the equipment is in great condition and they are even renovating the place.

I really appreciate the professionalism of the staff and the cleanliness of the club and its equipment. I have found this gym to be a safe space and my fellow members have always been polite and kind.

It is a nice little gym at Lakewood. I moved here a month ago and I have been going here regularly. Equipment are nice and clean, well maintained and the bathroom is clean. You have enough options on the machines so you don't have to wait if someone is using any particular machine. The area is big enough to accommodate weight lifting, cardio and warm ups. 5/5 because of friendly staff.

equipment is a little dated but they’re in the process of upgrading the gym. the door fob reader can be finicky and not work with Anytime’s app which can be a pain. lovely staff and they keep the place very clean
