I’ve had a consistently good experience at this gym. The environment is clean, well-maintained, and feels comfortable for training at any time of day. There’s a strong selection of equipment, including free weights, machines, and cardio options, so it’s easy to follow different workout plans without waiting too long. The trainers are respectful and supportive, offering help when asked and giving practical advice on form and progression. I also like the overall discipline of the gym, which helps keep the atmosphere focused. It can get busy in the evenings, but the space is managed fairly well. Overall, a dependable place for fitness.

I joined Ascend in February after several years of personal training in a small, private gym environment. I am really appreciating the larger facility, which offers a wide array of equipment and classes without being overwhelming. It's also a treat to have 24/7 access, which makes it a lot easier to fit workouts in around other demands on my time. The staff is friendly and welcoming and the locker rooms are well-maintained. If you live or work nearby, this is a great option.

Great gym experience! All the staff are super friendly and well educated and helpful! Love all the fitness classes which are conveniently held during lunch breaks! Locker rooms are nice and always clean. Well priced too. Worth checking out

Absolutely amazing spa. My pedicure was so well done, I honestly think I may have dozed off. Shelby was very skilled, gentle in nail and cuticle trim and scrubbing, and firm when needed for the massage. Loved it!

My significant other and I had an absolutely amazing spa experience! Every interaction was so kind and pleasant, and the environment was incredibly relaxin! I genuinely felt like I ascended by the end. :)) Highly recommend!
