Been going to this gym now for about 4 months and I can't say nothing but good things about it. I go later on in the day and the staff are always nice and doing their job. The place always smells very good when Edwin is working on the weekends not so much you can definitely tell when Edwin is working. There are so many different machines and the sauna is always nice and hot. . Ian the manager is awesome as well definitely recommend this gym and it's open every day of the year

Cleanliness is something I notice often, and this place does fairly well with it. Equipment is usually wiped and organized. I did find sweat towels missing once during an evening session, but staff restocked them after a request. The environment feels disciplined without being strict, which makes it easier to come regularly without feeling pressured.

UPDATE 4/1/25: Do not be fooled by the latest super positive reviews... none of the issues that members have mentioned in the low-rated reviews have been addressed by management. Management is not active in the gym, making the account management (cancelling membership) process incredibly frustrating. They auto-cycle you into a new contract without any notification or signature from you. Members are not given a copy of the paperwork when signing up initially either. Also, the cleanliness issue alone should make you want to run in the opposite direction. —— This gym has gone downhill, especially on weekends. There’s little to no staff presence—no greetings, no assistance, and phones ringing unanswered. When staff are there, they’re on their personal devices. The biggest issue is the overwhelming presence of outside volleyball teams. They take over the basketball courts, leaving paying members with no space to play. The players are often rude, waiting for members to scan them in, and their stray volleyballs make the gym unsafe—I was hit while on a cardio machine, and I saw someone get hit using the assisted pull-up machine on the basement floor (mind you, the court is on the 2nd floor- two floors above) To make matters worse, many young volleyball players wear extremely revealing shorts, which is inappropriate given the gym’s primarily adult membership. It’s clear the gym prioritizes revenue from team rentals over its paying members. It makes it hard to love this gym as I once did. If things don’t change, I wouldn’t be surprised if many members start leaving.

If you're going to sign up for a membership at this place, just beware and proceed with caution!! I went there to get a day pass just to see if I would like this gym. THEY DON'T OFFER DAY PASSES!?! You can only get a month or a year membership. How will you know if you will like this place if you can't try it out first? I've been to a lot of gyms and each one of them offer day passes. So, from the looks of their other 1 star reviews, I didn't miss much!

Bravo to Ian! What a positive transformation he has made to this gym. Ian has the place so clean and organized, I’m so impressed with the hard work and tireless hours he has put forth. Proof positive to what one man can do! I hope his perseverance is appreciated and honored by the owners, they got a good one!
