was a member of this gym for well over 2 years. Recently, noticed many deficiencies: broken lockers & showers, steam room often not working, cleanliness issues. Politely pointed this issues out to the staff and today received the following: Dear Martin, It has come to my attention that you have had several complaints in the recent few weeks. I think we don’t seem to meet your expectation. We want to wish you the best of luck on finding a club that will meet your expectations. I am sorry to inform you that your membership will be revoked effective today November 1, 2017. We know that you have many options available to you, but we choose not to have you as a member of EB Fitness now or in the future. Thank you, Apparently mgt is not interested in member feedback, and when given instead of addressing the issues, they cancel your membership. If I were looking for a gym, avoid this place. Tremont athetic club here I come!

BEST FITNESS EXPERIENCE EVER! The amount of CTwon fitness centers I've visited outweighs the number of points LeBron has in his career. I finally found the one! East Bank Fitness should be the model of what "great looks like" when seeking a fitness center. Sincere, Friendly and Helpful staff, Top-Line Equipment, and great environment to get to work out and more importantly, have fun doin it! I normally don't like to use absolutely statements. HOWEVER, there is a 100% Chance You'll find the gym you've been looking for!

It would be nice if they stayed open a little later on the weekends. Also seems the place is falling apart. The steam room never works, broken lockers & some equipment.

This will definitely be my go to place for when I’m here visiting from New York,...Someone recommended this gym and for two weeks I was here everyday. Cannot wait for the next company’s seminar-I ‘d Definitely be back..

I'm an early morning gym goer and the staff are intermittently not here first thing in the morning, typically opening 30-60 minutes late. Unacceptable.
