I’ve been a member of this gym for >2.5 years and am overall happy with the equipment and staff who work really hard to keep the facility clean and well maintained. The major issue I have that’s been ongoing since I’ve been a member here is the temperature inside the gym. Depending on variable weather outside the gym is routinely anywhere between 76-80 degrees inside. Needless to say this unbearably hot and it’s so unacceptable that this is a normal occurrence with seemingly no effort to correct by the gym. When it’s routinely hot like this it gets super humid and a musty scent fills the air… not a pleasant experience. There is mold on the locker room ceiling from the moisture issues. Again, I really appreciate the staff at this location for their hard work and wish larger measures were taken to correct these recurrent temperature and facility issues. Being as this is a newer gym I’ve also hoped to see some of the newer plate loaded equipment but have yet to see the majority advertised by planet fitness in the past year.

Employees here could care less about actually working. They don’t speak to you, don’t look at you, and are constantly on their phones. Pictured is an employee who’s supposed to be holding a ladder, yet is on a very loud personal FaceTime call. Bathroom is constantly out of supplies.

After 6 year I cancelled my membership because this location Manager on shift was extremely rude and argumentative. and her attitude very bad and man restroom toilet not working 4 day and parking problem gym not clean Lot of issue in this gym that is why I canceled my pf gym I will not join again any pf gym waste money and energy Restrooms are always dirty and there is also not enough paper to clean the machines. there’s not enough soap, paper, etc.But her attitude like bossy I think she has to fix problems

Restrooms are always dirty and there is also not enough paper to clean the machines. The temperature is EXTREMELY high: 75 degrees!!! I always have to remember the personal there’s not enough soap, paper, etc. Employees are spending time at the changing rooms with their phone. So unprofessional. Also, I have been receiving emails from their accounts saying there was a problem with my payment (which was not true).

Manager on shift was extremely rude and argumentative. He asked multiple unnecessary and personal questions. He was quick to tell us we weren't allowed to have coats? Then implied it was required to rent a locker. Felt consistently scared and threatened to get kicked out of the gym to the point we were worried when the phone rang because maybe he would say it was too loud. We couldn't enjoy our workout and were on the lookout constantly for this worker. He also blatantly ignored us on our way out. Would absolutely not recommend this location but all love to planet fitness!
