I started training with Thaddeus Winston at Castle Creek Lifetime in Indianapolis when I was 52 and he was the best trainer I've worked out with. He's knowledgeable about the body, it's mechanics and how to build muscle the right way. I've seen so much growth and progress in my physique and overall fitness levels, greatly because of my training with Thaddeus. I look and feel better than I have in all my life! Once Thaddeus moved to Easton, my wife and I made the trip from indy to have another session with him last November. The Easton club is very nice and it's in a great location! We enjoyed being able to workout and spend the day at the club, then go shopping and have dinner all in the same area that evening. I would HIGHLY recommend the Easton Lifetime and also, I would also HIGHLY recommend some sessions with Thaddeus and see for yourself how he can help you, like he helped me!

I work out at EASTON Lifetime Fitness 4 to 5 days a week. I enjoy the staff Olivia, Julie Jolly, Sabrina and Holliday. The trainers and other individuals are outstanding they treat you more like Family. They have designed many programs accommodate people’s needs. I have encourage family and friends to join. Plus, we have the best Christmas luncheon with over 130 people to attend. Come and join EASTON Lifetime Fitness.😇

Great gym with fantastic staff! The culture and atmosphere is accessible to everyone; professional and warm, nonjudgmental with solid behavior standards for members and staff. Clean, consistent, comfortable. Thaddious has built a strong, reputable team of trainers who are passionate about helping people from all fitness levels. My trainer, Trae, has been instrumental in helping me rebuild from a serious sports injury. His training has been rooted in the science of exercise physiology while simultaneously acknowledging the emotional aspects a life-long endurance athlete experiences during an extended rehab-recover-rebuild period.

I am a former member of lifetime. I loved my membership while I had it. Though I don’t currently have one, I went to a pickle ball party in October and a Pickleball tournament In December and had a wonderful time. Parking garage was free. Staff members were super. Facilities were top-notch with dedicated Pickleball courts. And the Pickleball events were organized really well by Austin.

I have been going to Life Time for few years. I have closer gyms around but I stayed there because there is no other gym that has great classes like Life Time does. Specially the Signature membership classes they have great trainers. Me and my friends agree we have the best coach there Joey Ensley he always focus on our form also if we can not do a workout because of an injury he makes sure to adjust the workout for us. GTX is fun and also a hard class with the best trainer.
