They don’t clean the tanning beds, flickering bulbs, leftover wink ease papers, leftover tanning lotion bottles on the equipment, 2 bathroom stalls for a gym with that volume of people. Not worth your time at this location. Edit: returned today to tan. Puddle of water on the floor, glob of lotion on the floor, smudge marks in the bed near the hand holds. I dealt with plantar warts for over a year because of unclean gym spaces. Ive cancelled my membership, that is unacceptable especially when you’ve got 3 people up front holding the counter to the ground or it might float away. Photos and videos provided, my safety and my health come first before an affordable gym membership.

They randomly change rules. They now charge for Inbody scan when before it was free of charge, 10 dollars for a scan when the base membership is that. The machines and weights are fine, but the costs and fees don't really add up above the base membership, which only gives you the gym. The annual fees as well are a lot when again, base membership is 10. Also with that, its stuck in a contract so you cant cancel. I would have if i wasnt gonna be charged for leaving. The staff is typically good, so there's a plus. Find a gym for around the same price and choose that unless you're paying for the extra amenities or have friends with the same gym

This gym has been a great addition to my routine. It offers a wide range of equipment that is always in good condition. The staff is friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. I also appreciate how clean and organized the space is, even during busy hours. It’s easy to stay motivated here thanks to the positive environment. Overall, this gym is a solid choice for anyone looking to maintain a consistent fitness lifestyle.

Update: I did reach out to the email suggested in the comments over a week ago(June 3rd) with no response. Don't let their reply on Google fool you into thinking they give a shit. Worst Crunch location in the city. Judgemental employees that catch attitude any time you have a question (there are a couple of nice ones, but 80% of them are rude and unhelpful. Or maybe, based on other reviews - I just have really bad luck. But nonetheless - if you have enough rude employees for it to be re-occuring that often, youve got a problem) Equipment not very well maintained. (Had an ankle strap come undone mid-rep because the velcro on it was old and worn. My knee hurt for 2 weeks after.) Always dirty. Always weights all over the floor. I hate going to this location, and only do so when I'm pinched for time since it's closest to where I live.

I’ve been coming here for a few months, and progress has been steady. Equipment rarely breaks down, and when it does, it’s usually repaired within a short period. I once had to adjust my workout due to a bench being occupied longer than expected, but that’s normal in a busy gym. The overall structure and discipline of members make it easy to stay consistent.
