This gym is small but very nice and clean with a decent amount of equipment. The weight lifting section is not huge, but it does have some free weights. There's a ton of cardio equipment. There's a studio that you are allowed to use when they're not having a class. Locker rooms have showers and towels and have locks built-in to the lockers that you can reprogram each visit.

Came in from out of town for a workout and was pleasantly surprised in the cleanliness and overall layout of this Y. They charge a very reasonable $10 for a day pass. Equipment was clean and readily available even during the lunch rush. This gym shoulld have just about everything you need for a good workout. I will definitely be back.

This used to be a great YMCA location, but recent changes have made it less appealing. The reduced hours and elimination of towel service are disappointing—especially since the membership cost hasn't changed. It’s still a decent place to work out, but it feels like I’m paying the same for noticeably fewer amenities.

New to OKC, wanted to try this gym. Limited hours, couldn’t get through the door, YMCA360 did absolutely nothing. Try your luck with a different gym. Wasted my time
