This gym is great. Our home away from home. The staff is awesome. And the owners are all some of the best people around. If you're a gym rat and want a great place to get it done this is your place.

Ha everything you would need for a great workout! Friendly people. Has a funny smell, not the cleanest place. Beware of paying the year in full. They'll upsale it hard, but then show zero sympathy if you have to move out of state. No refunds whatsoever.

A/C and ventilation only seem to be available when staffed or owner is there, otherwise can get extremely humid and warm. As others have mentioned, most equipment is broken. Great gym for availability of free weights, but cardio machines and weight machines are probably 40+ years old and showing the age. They may not have “records” but every piece of cardio equipment has some kind of issue (won’t elevate incline treadmills, I am pretty sure they don’t get to correct speed either, machine gives out if level is over 10 on elliptical) Most weight adjustments for machines either don’t function or are rigged together with a “fix” to sort of work. No pool/steam/whirlpool/hottub even though it’s listed. The sauna is a joke, room for one person and doesn’t seem to get more than lukewarm. Overall decent basic gym though it is overpacked and can feel claustrophobic with anyone else working out and for the money you could have a much better experience elsewhere. Would recommend thinning out equipment some or at least replacing the most dilapidated equipment with newer.

I absolutely love this gym. Friendly staff and the members are so incredibly encouraging. This gym has the perfect atmosphere for achieving your health and fitness goals. Lots of variety of strength training equipment and machines. I definitely recommend this gym to anyone who is trying to start or continue their health journey. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

I love this gym. It's not always packed and I like that. Can always get a good workout in. Friendly employees and they take care of the place well. The owner is super awesome 😁.
