Great front desk staff came around 3pm to 5pm Jan 2 - 9th 2026 and they were very welcoming and remembered who I was everytime. Equipment was good. Some advice for the managers to get a 5 star... the vibe is off feels very much like a box gym with zero character, the free weights are mismatched and very old, and I witnessed the *trainer* using machines with poor etiquette not cleaning them or re-racking weights. However the gym gets the job done. Thank you

The 10Gym off 31st Street in Tulsa is fantastic! The facility is spotless and packed with equipment, from weights to cardio machines, and even the recovery areas are top-notch. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely make you feel welcome every visit. The atmosphere is upbeat, and it’s clear they care about their members.

I will probably cancel my membership after tonight. I would urge people if you join to go to a different location or don’t come to this location at night when the gentleman is working. I’ve been coming here for years, I’ve never had an employee chase me or other members down to rack our weights. I’ve always racked the weights I’ve put on the bars, this one night I forgot to do so but wasn’t quite done with them. The employee walked up to me in an aggressive manner and stared me down telling me to rack my weights. Not even 20 minutes later I see him going after another gym member and forcing him to rack the weights. He followed us and pointed to where we needed us to rack the weights instead of having a polite conversation asking us nicely.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The culture here is solid to. Most of the people mind their own business but are always willing to help out. Gym and bathrooms are always clean. I think they have a good selection of machine and equipment. They usually aren’t packed so you can always find what you need. I generally pick this location over some other ones for this reason even though it’s a little out of the way for me.

I love 10gym, the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The nighttime receptionist Estania is so sweet and very helpful when it comes to answering any question and she always makes sure the gym is kept nice and clean.
