This isn’t your grandpa’s YMCA with old dudes lounging in a sauna all day. The trainers are there to make you WORK! And that’s what’s great about it. They work with all ages, from young kids to seniors, with a range of classes and programs for everyone. Highly recommended for the whole family

I am blind and retired but I am active. Jill assists me with a compassionate and willingness to work toward our fitness goals. She tells me what we are doing and why it is important to me to do it correctly. It has been an exhilarating experience.

Accessible, inclusive individual bathrooms and showers. Low cost healthy meals available, snacks,drinks, water fountains, water bottle refill station. Fun areas to play together, workout, relax, meet and nice open layout. Kids favorite area was soccer field. The Hive point system as down today, but was till fun to play on.

This is the HIDDEN GEM of workout facilities in Tulsa! This YMCA has everything you need! They are pushing the limits of innovation with this facility! The indoor soccer fields are AMAZING, especially with Oklahoma's unpredictable weather! Do yourself a favor and check this facility out! Hayden is the lead personal trainer and will help you with your health journey!

Jill, my trainer in the 6am Iron Women's class is great! She is very patient, but pushes you when you need it! I am very happy with this class!
