I’ve been going to Crunch Fitness on 91st in Tulsa for about 5 years. Overall, the gym itself is pretty good. The equipment covers everything most people need, and for basic training it gets the job done. That said, the biggest issues for me have been the cleanliness and the customer service. The men’s bathroom is consistently nasty, which has been an ongoing problem. On top of that, management has been rude every time I’ve had to speak with them, which makes the experience worse. What really left a bad taste in my mouth was the cancellation process. They make you jump through a bunch of hoops just to cancel, and then I was charged about $100 on the way out. That included a $60 annual fee for a year I obviously will not even be here for, since I’m literally canceling because I’m moving out of the country, plus they made me pay for an extra month. After being a customer for 5 years, there was zero sense of loyalty or consideration. That alone makes me not care to ever come back. The gym is fine if all you care about is access to equipment, but the way they handle customer relationships, cleanliness, and cancellations completely changes the experience.

Good equipment and fair price but it's way too hot in the gym. Don't reccomend this gym if you workout and then go into a professional work environment. The locker rooms are particularly bad. Even after a shower you'll be sweating just getting ready to leave. Asking the employees to please turn the AC on doesnt fly either.

I’ve been a member of Crunch Fitness for the past three years, and unfortunately my recent experience has been very disappointing. After relocating, I attempted to cancel my membership in March but was told I couldn’t do so at my current location because my account was still tied to Tulsa. I was instructed to either drive nearly two hours or request a transfer over the phone. After multiple calls, the transfer still wasn’t completed, and I had to follow up several times myself. During this process, I was offered a discounted rate to stay, which was frustrating considering how difficult it was to simply cancel. There were also ongoing issues with amenities. The spray tanning machine was frequently out of service or out of bronzer, and I often had to call ahead to check if it was working. I was sent to other locations at times, only to find their machines were also unavailable, with no clear communication between locations. Eventually, the service was removed entirely without notice, despite being something I relied on regularly. On April 16, while I was in Tulsa, I was finally able to cancel—but was still charged for an additional month, despite trying to cancel since March. The manager on duty was not helpful and did not offer any real resolution, which made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, the process was unnecessarily complicated and poorly handled. As a long-time member, I expected better communication and a more efficient, customer-focused approach. Because of this experience, I would not recommend large chain gyms. I’ve since moved to a smaller, more community-focused gym, and the difference in customer service has been clear.

BUYER BEWARE!! I usually do not submit bad reviews for businesses. But, I feel like this issue definitely needs to be heard by future customers/clients. Crunch fitness has charged me multiple times a month on more than one occasion for my membership fees. When I call up there to try and straighten things out they always have some kind of crazy excuse. They claim that I will get an automatic refund but it will take 3 to 6 weeks. Or, I had the option to let the excess charges pay for the next months membership dues. Even though I disputed both of those options they didn't care at all. Absolutely no compassion and probably the most horrible customer service I've ever had. It was Christmas time and they overcharged me twice in one month. I tried to demand a refund and they absolutely denied to give me my money back! Even though I told them I needed money for Christmas, they did not care whatsoever. One of the previous months they double charged me they said that the double charge would take care of my next month's membership dues. Well, they're very next month I got charged again and never received the credit from the previous month of being double charged. This is a money trap! They want your bank information and debit card information and will charge both simultaneously! I definitely do not recommend! I would give negative five stars if that were an option.

I had a really upsetting experience today around 2PM with a front desk employee with two side braided brunette hair at Tulsa 91st & Memorial location. I signed up mostly for the Hydro massage bed with occasionally using the sauna & taking Zumba classes. I had used a Hydro massage bed once & went back to the front desk to request for a second activation. I hadn’t had any issues at Broken Arrow location nor at this location with the 2nd activation request until today. The female employee, out of the blue, stated that I couldn’t use the Hydro twice if there’s a waiting but, it’s okay this time because there’s no waiting, and that she’s just letting me know. She picked ME & TODAY to let EVERYONE (?) know??? She said it with such a condescending tone, I felt like I was a kid getting a lecture from an adult for something I should or I shouldn’t do! Furthermore, unless I am an idiot, why would I ask for a second activation if there’s a waiting???!!!
