They have a new employee and he was very very nice. My air pod fell inside the stair climber and he went out of his way to take apart whole machine to help me get it out. Even when it seemed impossible! He kept trying! Incredible staff! Would highly recommend! Very helpful staff. I love coming here. One time my air pod fell inside of sauna and same guy also helped me retrieve it. Love my ymca family.

It was great been going for about 6 months. Great and friendly staff. But... i went to the whirlpool for the 1st time.. they have a sign that says shower before getting in.. 2 homeless people walked in visibly dirty and got in regular clothes no shower. Maybe this place needs a little more supervision. I don't know🤷🏽‍♀️ still a cool place but definitely staying away from the whirlpool.

The young man at the front, Connor, was very engaging and welcoming. He gave me the rundown, showed me around, and made me feel like I had found my place. Great job Connor and the entire Tulsa team.

Just grabbed a day pass here for $20. Happy with the facility and friendly employee. Had all the equipment I needed for a solid workout, and not crowded during the day went I went on a Monday.
