If you enjoy the sensation of being coerced into buying a lightly used sedan by someone wearing entirely too much aftershave, this establishment is for you. Otherwise, run elsewhere. The phrase "7-day free pass" (a phrase which here means "a psychological snare designed by bureaucrats who view human despair as a promising revenue stream") is merely cheese on a poorly constructed trap. Upon arrival, I was subjected to a thirty-minute "tour." The facility was illuminated with an aggressive absence of light, possessing the distinct ambiance of a subterranean cave managed by troglodytes obsessed with corporate synergy. This expedition concluded in a tiny room where the true horror unfolded: the sales pitch. I found myself in the absurd position of having to beg for the exact "free" pass I had already signed up for, a psychological exercise far more exhausting than anything on the gym floor. I shall not return. The environment lacks comfort, replaced by the persistent sensation of being monitored. This is aided by a life-sized printout of a man stationed across from the treadmills. As you run nowhere in particular, this paper sentinel stares directly into your soul, judging your cardiovascular performance with all the warmth and empathy of a tax auditor.

I'll start by saying I personally don't actually go here *yet?* and was visiting so haven't got the full personal experience. The gym is pretty neat, tons of options regarding equipment and training tools etc, neat community table with programs and groups along with personal trainers and calendar for activity dates near the front along with employee stations. The place has a pool and basketball court, they also have a fancy mini cafe at the front. The place also has a dozen training studios for activities that can be planned. Tvs are around for entertainment which is nice and also personal cubes to store belongings, I didn't check out the locker room so it may have lockers? But not 100% on that. What's really nice is the amount of cleaning stations and water fountains to refresh, love the sanitizer stations. Staff were also incredibly helpful/nice on providing information about the gym and it's activities. Once more I was visiting while on a side quest and overall think this gym is pretty nice, and has many options.

The air conditioning isn’t working, and it’s unbearably hot inside. We’ve complained about it multiple times, yet nothing has been done to fix it. If it’s already this hot in May, I can’t imagine how unbearable it will be in July and August. The staff have placed 2–3 fans near the entrance where they work to keep themselves cool, but the rest of the gym feels like an oven. Working out in these conditions is completely unhealthy and unsafe. Considering we’re paying $70–$80 per person every month, this situation is unacceptable. If the issue is not resolved immediately, I will be canceling my membership as soon as possible.

Absolutely amazing facility and staff. I love it here! I recommend this location to everyone one! I absolutely love that they have a woman's only gym room. And I absolutely love the Shine classes. Good environment and vibe all around!

We visit here as guests when we are in Tulsa visiting family. This is our home gym away from home. Equipment and facilities are top notch. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend if you are looking to get or stay fit while in the Tulsa area.
