there's this short asian girl who works at the front desk who is super nice. i see her work all the time. mornings, afternoons, nights and i think she does an amazing job trying to keep members engaged and excited to start their journey at the gym. she explained to me something. i think it was called a personal training conversation and she set me up with a man name caleb who i think she said was a general fitness trainer. be he was a amazing option. caleb helped me understand what i needed to start with in order to better my health at the gym. the staff is so friendly and helpful it made me motivated and excited to work out here. this gym is staffed with amazing people making the environment wonderful

Joined 6 moths ago. Good cardio equipment I enjoy aqua sessions with Moira. She is very professional and empathetic. Absolutely a great coach Love working out with her. She is excellent. The pool has been cold this week. Hope the problem gets fixed soon

Awesome gym, they have a lot of amenities and reasonable prices. Friendly staff and personal trainer. I recommend Nathan.

I have been a member here for about 3 year. This gym has everything I need and offers more. I like to keep to myself. Most people will let me do my own thing. But if your an outgoing person the people here are friendly. The staff is very helpful. Lots of equipment and amenities. I like the are a decent amount of equipment to do pull ups or calisthenics. Most gyms don't offer that and I enjoy calisthenics.

Accompanied my son to inquire about the services. I was truly impressed with the super clean environment. There are numerous machines available. Last, but not least Joe, at the front desk, was inviting with a great personality . He spent a great deal of time explaining processes and also took us on a tour. Really wonderful first impression!!
