I had an outstanding experience at 24 Hour Fitness thanks to Andre ! From the moment I walked in was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. She gave me a thorough tour of the facility explained all the amenities clearly, and took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing me. Andre made the entire sign-up process smooth and stress free. He had positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm really stood out and he made me feel confident that I was making the right choice. It’s clear he truly cares about providing excellent customer service. If you’re considering joining, I highly recommend asking for Andre he made the whole experience exceptional! This is a lot father from my house than I expect but he has me thinking this is a gym home for me.

Everyone is so nice! The young black guy working at 1PM on January 27 was very kind and knowledeable since I’m new to 24. The facility is clean and organized.

Zero Star Very disappointing experience with 24 Hour Fitness. Last year, I signed up for a one-year membership and paid the full amount upfront. The General Manager, Chris, explained the membership price but never clearly told me that I would later be charged an additional $64 fee. Almost 10 months later, I was surprised to see this charge on my account. When I called and spoke with Chris, he was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to help. Instead of listening to my concern, he told me that the charge had already been processed, that they would not refund it, and basically said, “Do whatever you want.” Good customer service starts with honesty and clear communication. If there are extra fees, customers should be told about them before signing up, not months later when money is taken from their account. What disappointed me even more was the disrespectful attitude from the General Manager. Based on my experience, this location has poor customer service, poor communication, and a system that is not transparent about fees. I would not recommend this gym to others.

Manager Darren was very friendly. He's very approachable and offered great assistance. He also offered a tour of the facility, it being our first time and he accommodated our 3day Free Pass.. Although the equipment is a bit outdated, they gave lots of equipment and you will get a good workout in without fighting over equipment.. the workout environment was great. We loved the energy at the 3pm hour. Not too packed.. We'll be back.

Well, I can’t say that my experience is entirely bad. The staff there is really friendly, and they always greet me very nicely. However, I have knee in back problems and I really like a hot tub that works. Their hot tub hasn’t worked in quite a few years now and it doesn’t look like nobody’s going to get it done or fixed. I wish they would reinstall the clothes quick dryers that they had there in the restrooms. And it can stand to be a little bit more clean. While the staff there is very accommodating and friendly and always try to help me out corporate office is very negligent and keeping things up-to-date and working. So for this reason, I left 24 hour fitness and decided to go to LA fitness. LA Fitness maintains good cleanliness and all their equipment including the hot tub is always working. A 24 hour keeps going in the direction they’re going. They’re gonna have to close down all of their facilities and I would hate to see that. My guess is they need to fire a lot of people in corporate
