Reid, Lacressa, Jacob, Emily & Cody were an awesome set of people to meet. Crunch seems very welcoming. You’ll meet the front desk, the managers, the trainers! Everyone is so nice and they’re really helpful. I train 3x a week and it’s the best decision ever made. I admire the atmosphere but it’s truly the staff that keeps me motivated and wanting to come back. Great job Crunch!

Honestly, the main reason I joined Crunch Fitness was because of the Kids Club — and it has been amazing. Mia is absolutely wonderful with the kids and always makes my child feel comfortable, happy, and excited to be there. It gives me peace of mind to enjoy my workout knowing my little one is being cared for by someone so kind and attentive. The Kids Club truly makes this gym stand out for parents.

I’ve been approached by the same employee TWICE about doing the kick off program. Even after telling this employee (Lauren) no the first time she still bothered me about doing the program and kept asking why not. I’m not sure why I need to give an elaborate explanation as to why I don’t want to do this program when it’s just not something I’m interested in. I’ve never had this issue with any other employee before. I’ve been going to this gym for over a year now. If I was interested then I would’ve said something. This employee is clearly just out for people’s money and doesn’t actually care.

Absolutely love Zumba with Adam at Crunch Arlington. His class is so much fun it doesn’t feel like exercise. He is so upbeat and full of energy with awesome playlist.

I thought I have found a gym where I can shower and start my Day to work.I have seen in the reviews that the owners responded we will see how you respond to this I have sign up to your Gym with Zach and everything was great Lauren game me a tour excellent then I go take a shower no hot water running busy me I improvise made sure I told your Manager Houston which lost my information because I was not important to get back too. I call him Tuesday today this Happened yesterday Monday and he says oh I lost your paper but you can come in and sign your paper to cancel because I express that since I was not important to him I will not be staying with them I said I have a head ache because of the cold shower I took yesterday. I said can you send me the document so that I can e sign it he said no I said I live 35 minutes away he said unfortunately I can't force your signature I said I have a headache I can't make it over there because I took a very cold shower on Monday and that cause me to be ill so Owner please tell me you care about your members joining your gym because your Manager Houston doesn't.
