This place is the best! Two floors = lots of space!! Stephanie is absolutely amazing and keeps the place clean as a whistle! Overall all the employees make sure you feel very welcome and in the right place. TRY IT OUT!

Front desk people r biased to anyone not African here. I’ve been a member of PF nationwide. Use to train clients 8 years ago at these gyms. This location I stopped in for a quick lift during a lunch break. Manager whom had an issue the minute I stepped in questioned my identity and when given military id and valid drivers license still had an issue. Just poor customer service and lack of dedication to its members here. I promptly took my id back and went 8 minutes down the road to another PF to workout problem free. I don’t have time for bs and nether do longtime customers like me. Definitely not recommended to any newcomers to Arlington. Have a blessed day. God bless.

It was ok, not a fan of the parking though! I prefer the Planet Fitness on South Cooper more, the employees there feel more personable and friendly. The sinks have hot water, I was seeing complaints about that but they must have fixed it now.

Showers? Ice cold. After reading other reviews, seems to be a long term, persistent, unresolved problem at this location. Otherwise: Parking: good. Equipment: good, clean. Locker rooms/bathrooms: good, clean. Staff: no interaction to be able to comment on friendliness or helpfulness.

This club is my official home gym, by far the best planet fitness I've seen. The staff are always helpful and motivating and the club is always clean and organized.
