Love the new location! Great garage gym feel with both brand new equipment and some great seasoned machines you just can’t find anymore. The studio is top tier as well- absolute steal for the price point.

I’ve been to a lot of gyms, but the service here is on another level thanks to Stone at the front desk. From the second you walk in, he’s got a great attitude and makes sure everyone is taken care of. He’s way more than just a guy checking badges. Stone is professional, incredibly helpful with any account or facility questions, and just brings a positive energy that sets the tone for a great workout. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely makes an effort to remember names and make members feel at home.

Our family has been members at this location for about five years. When we first joined, the staff was attentive, the amenities were well maintained, and the facility felt like a premium experience. Over time, however, we’ve noticed some changes. The level of service does not feel as consistent as it once did, and the cleanliness of certain areas can vary. With membership rates increasing, it would be great to see routine maintenance and updates keep pace, as some areas of the facility are beginning to show wear. The workout floor now appears to emphasize cardio equipment more heavily than before, with fewer functional strength options. Some machines could also benefit from deeper cleaning and occasional software updates. Group fitness classes seem more limited in both variety and scheduling compared to the past, which can make planning regular workouts more difficult. The locker room showers have also been an area that could use more attention, particularly regarding hard water buildup and overall cleanliness. Additionally, the removal of the pool — which used to be a highlight for our family — reduced the value of the membership for us. Overall, the gym still has potential but based on our recent experience we’ve decided to explore other options that better fit our family’s needs.

I’ve been coming here for a couple of months now, mainly early mornings before work. The atmosphere at that time is calm and almost routine-like, which helps me stay focused. Equipment is usually available, and I rarely have to wait. One treadmill made a slight squeaking noise for a few days, but it was eventually repaired without needing reminders. Staff presence is noticeable but not intrusive, which I prefer. It’s the kind of place where consistency matters more than anything else, and it supports that well.

Review for personal trainer Sergio in Arlington, Tx. From day one, Sergio made me feel welcomed. He customized my workout sessions to first build my core strength while taking my lower spinal injury into consideration and he provided alternative exercises. Sergio is a very knowledgeable trainer, and I would recommend him to others. He definitely helped me start my new health and fitness journey in my mid 40s. With 24-hour access to the facility and childcare to boot, I don't have an excuse not to go to the gym. I hear a new location is opening soon, looking forward to it!
