I've been training with Christian for around 4 months now and the changes in my body and my mental state (I didn't expect that one) have been truly exciting. I had been training with weights at another gym for a year and a half before starting weekly with Christian. He was able to fine tune my form, the way I hold my breath to support my back while lifting and my overall posture while I work with the weights. As a woman in her 40's - I, like many of us was afraid of the dreaded "bulky" appearance that can develop from lifting heavy weights (or so I thought) - I voiced this to Christian up front and not only am I lifting heavier and heavier weight each month and NOT looking bulky, but I am looking more toned and balanced overall AND am feeling so much stronger!! I wish I could give him 10 stars :)

I have been training with Christian for just 3 months, and I couldn't be happier with the results! I’ve gained 6 lbs of muscle and lost 6 lbs of fat during this time, which is a testament to his incredible training methods and personalized approach. Christian is not only knowledgeable but also very motivating. Each session is challenging yet enjoyable, and I genuinely look forward to our workouts. He tailors each program to fit my needs and continuously pushes me to reach my goals. If you’re looking for a personal trainer who truly cares about your progress and well-being, I highly recommend working with Christian. You won’t regret it!

I’ve trained at some pretty high-end gyms and worked with coaches who train pro athletes, so my bar is...not low. Somehow Christian still exceeds it. His attention to detail is obsessive in the best way. Things like tempo work, controlled eccentrics, fixing imbalances I did not even know I had, heavy lifts, and programming mapped out weeks ahead. Everything has a purpose. He runs a tight ship like a pro, starts on time, moves fast, no wasted reps, no wasted time. You just come in, lock in, and work! He is worth every penny. This is real coaching with structure and results. 10/10 if you are serious about getting better and want something next-level.

I come from a competitive athletic background so I’m very picky with trainers. Christian is the first one in a while who’s actually pushed me to the next level! Christian won't let you coast, and he absolutely understands the assignment. The programming is super intentional (hello progressive overload) with a big focus on lower body strength. and I’ve been hitting PRs I hadn’t touched ...ever! Christian is always on time, super reliable, and brings the perfect mix of structure + motivation. He's always playing good music and is a really cool guy so you will work but you’ll also enjoy it!! If you’re plateaued or just need someone who’s actually going to push you (not just count your reps), this is your person!!!

I’ve been training at Forge Strength in Austin for 6 weeks with Christian, and the results have been incredible. He is extremely attentive to form and posture, which has allowed me to lift more without risking injury. I can already feel a huge difference in my strength and confidence. I trust that with his coaching, it will be a gun show every time I visit the gym. 😆 Highly recommend!
