Do not I repeat do not!!!!!!! Give these people any money. I've been trying for literally 5 days to get a hold of a manager because I decided to change gyms because these guys do not have the amenities that I need. I was told hey go ahead submit the cancellation through the website which I did so I called to verify same day I submitted it and have not been gotten back to I have now called seven times trying to get a hold of the manager Josh Guzman as well as the general manager just so I can get this taken care of at this point the front desk lady is tired of hearing my name. Cannot believe how completely unprofessional these people are they don't have the amenities that are promised on the website and then have the audacity to sit there and charge as much as they do for this absolutely ridiculous do not give these people money. Edit Got to speak w the manager who when I walked in at 5 was just standing there. Was then told hey I understand but how can I help. Cancel my plan and we r done. Then was told I was still responsible for the full contract well good luck with that 1.

Best gym in San Antonio! The facility is always clean, well maintained, and available with a great variety of equipment whether you’re lifting, doing cardio, or training functionally. The staff is welcoming and professional, and you can really tell they care about the members and the gym culture. Huge credit to the GM, Josh!

Excellent gym, much of the equipment is esoteric but there is some traditional equipment as well. Functional workout area is great but needs mirrors. Spacious workout area, music not too loud. Some patrons slam weights. Men's locker area could use a facelift. Urinals smell like a barn, literally, but in fairness, many gym bros are inconsiderate slobs.

Dropped in for a visit while traveling to town. I’ve tried a few Gold’s within the city and surrounding metro, but this gym had by far the most diverse selection of equipment. Really great stuff, and some super rare equipment you don’t find often elsewhere either. Will be back to use this facility when I return to SA going forward.
