Highly Recommended! ​I continue to have afantastic experience here, and I can’t say enough good things about the service. From start to finish, everything is handled with professionalism and care. ​A huge shoutout to Chloe, who truly went above and beyond. She was incredibly helpful as is all the staff. ​The atmosphere is great, the quality was top-notch, and the staff really makes you feel welcome. I really want to like this place. I've been going here for almost 10 years. But holy crap do the employees ever just ruin my day. Here are some examples. If you're one day late on your payment they will point this out,loudly, when you arrive and try to check in. If you lose something in the locker room, they're real quick to point out that they "have no responsibility to help you, and if someone stole it it's not their fault. Really not their fault. You can ask their manager it's not their fault." As if I think it's their fault that I can't find something I dropped or something like that. Sometimes the lockers get messed up. I started taking a photograph of the lock with the correct combination when I lock it. There are three or four lockers that regularly do not work correctly and I've pointed that out over and over. But about once a week I would see someone struggle with those same lockers and the employees act like this is the customer's fault. They have a great facility but the whole experience there is ruined by rude employees, and I just don't understand that. If there were any other gyms in town that had decent pools, I would switch in a heartbeat.

Visited this gym on weekends mostly, and the flow is different compared to weekdays—more relaxed but still active. I managed to complete full workouts without much waiting, which was surprising. The locker area is clean but can get tight during peak hours. I once had a small delay at reception due to a queue, but it moved faster than expected. Equipment is generally in good condition, and people tend to be respectful about sharing. It’s a straightforward gym that works best if you go in with a flexible mindset.

We have been members for quite a while and have never felt the need to make a complaint, which is why what happened yesterday did not sit right with me. Very disappointing experience at Life Time. The two female front desk employees, one with orange hair and the other with dark hair wearing glasses, were not just rude, but openly unprofessional. Mocking a family with their children around is completely unacceptable behavior, especially in a family-oriented facility where members pay premium prices expecting a welcoming environment. In another separate interaction, the employee with orange hair was visibly rude to a member, shushing them, rushing them, and even rolling her eyes. Front desk staff are the first impression of the gym, and this kind of immature, disrespectful behavior reflects poorly on the entire location. Management seriously needs to address professionalism and customer service standards. Do better!

Life Cafe took my order through the app. Took my payment. Closed early. Did not give me food. Does not return calls or emails. Now you give me this canned response? Why don’t you actually return my two voice messages since no one can seem to answer the phone there? Or how about the In-App Message I sent to the club, maybe you can respond to that? OR BETTER YET - REFUND MY MONEY!
