My favorite gym in Virginia Beach! I love the 24/7 gym access and the option to also do group classes when I want. Everyone there (staff and other members) are friendly and encouraging.

I’ve fallen in love with this gym. You can tell it’s where transformation happens. The 9am group fitness class taught by Natasha Parker has been a game changer. Natasha is the perfect balance of challenge, solid instruction, and intentional guidance. She’s genuinely invested in our improvement.

I can’t overstate how much I love this gym! It’s like a combination of old school work ethic combined with the latest equipment, techniques, and procedures. It’s definitely not a social club, but we have tons of fun while getting in a great workout. As with any good outfit, it’s the people that make the difference. It all starts at the top with the owner, Amanda Cabrera. She has put her own personal stamp on her brand and it shows. The trainers she hires are all top notch. Special shout out to Natasha, Parker, who has been our class leader for the last few months. She pushes you while still taking into consideration limitations due to medical issues. I’d also like to recognize Aaron Marshall, Kevin Banks and Ryan Gause. They’re the best! Give this gym a try. You won’t regret it!

What a wonderful facility. The great free weight selection along with tension bands, great treadmills it don't leave you feeling like you have shin splints. Awesome row machines to definitely get a full body workout. Bathroom and shower facilities are always kept clean. Personal trainers that are certified and can work with your physical disabilities and get you back in shape. They offer great classes that will definitely get your sweat on. I'm currently with personal trainer Kyle Robertson who's helping me through my rheumatoid arthritis and gaining more Mobility with my deadlift currently at 335 pounds using a trap bar. Open 24 hours in a great location with convenient key fobs that are as big as a quarter you can carry them anywhere. It is a family-friendly environment with staff that is professional and knowledgeable as well as approachable.
