Super friendly staff, many seniors getting personal training! Soo awesome to see! Awesome equipment from 80s/90s! Not worn out. Well kept! Old school hard weight w the old school machines you don’t come by any more. If your a meat head / gym rat. You have to get a week pass minimum to play w all the fun stuff!!

Great gym for bodybuilding, powerlifting, general workout and community. I’ve grown so much not only because of the Team Flex powerlifting team, but also because of the mentality of Flex gym. The people and staff have become my family and looking forward to see the growth and future of Flex gym.

This is a good gym, but the customer service is bad. None of the staff greet you as you enter the gym. I tried to say hi, and they ignore you. They continue to look at their phones. If you are sitting at the front counter, the least you can do is say hi to the members of the gym. It is not a spa, but the gym supposed to be a family oriented gym, where you feel welcomed. Guess this isn't a family oriented gym

This was actually one of the first gyms I ever trained at here in VA Beach and what helped me fall in love with training. The owner went out of his way to help me with my nutrition when I was just starting out getting into bodybuilding. I also met life long friends there as well. If you have a love for an old style gym, this is it. Great people and atmosphere.

If you are looking to get into powerlifting, no matter what level, THIS IS THE PLACE! Flex also has bodybuilding professional trainers who produce pros. Whether you’re a serious powerlifting or bodybuilding athlete, or just want to come in a for a good workout, this place is for you. The staff is like family and very professional and knowledgeable! You won’t find another gym like Flex!
