This gym is a hidden gem for anyone with a busy schedule. The 24/7 access is a game-changer; they remain fully operational even during holidays or snow days when everywhere else is closed. Beyond the convenience, the facility hygiene is top-tier—the equipment is spotless and there’s absolutely no 'gym smell.' Best of all, the atmosphere is respectful; you never have to wait for machines because the members don't hog the equipment. Highly recommend for a premium, hassle-free workout.

I came across Natural Bodyz while searching for an all-inclusive gym, and it was immediately clear that the personal trainers have an incredible work ethic. This dedication is reflected not only in the gym’s clean, welcoming, and emotionally supportive environment, but also in the contagious motivation shared among its members. Chad, in particular, is deeply committed to helping others grow—not just physically, but also mentally. His passion and consistency are evident in every detail of the Kempsville location. You’ll often find him and the other trainers there from 7 AM to 8 PM, making sure every member, including women like me, feels comfortable, supported, and empowered.

I started at this gym on 8/2 signing up for the Total Body Transformation Challenge. It has been well over 20 years since I have seen the inside of a gym or even exercised on a consistent basis. I was completely overweight and out of shape. I was terrified to step foot in the door but knew I had to. My health depended on it. This gym, these trainers have welcomed me with open arms, no judgement and are helping beyond anything I imagined. In 43 days, I am down over 15 lbs and have lost lots of inches, 5 inches just in my waist. I am feeling better today than I have felt in years! It is changing me physically but also in so many other ways. I am so grateful to Chad, Terrence, Beaux & Kim for their expertise, guidance & encouragement. I also have to give a shout out to my girl Meredith for introducing me to the program and saying, "if you do it, I will do it". Without that, I never would have signed up. Don't sleep on this gym, y'all! If you're someone like me, overweight, scared, don't know where to start.... start here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Natural Bodyz Fitness has truly changed my life. I first joined through the Total Body Transformation Challenge, and from day one, the owners and trainers have been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. What stood out even more was how welcoming and supportive the gym members are—it really feels like a family. During my first week, I was guided by their tips, feedback, and encouragement, which made all the difference as a beginner in the gym. This community didn’t just help me physically, it made a lasting impact on my entire family. I’m so grateful I get to experience the daily grind with such amazing people.

I started going to Naturalbodyz about nine years ago. The gym is always clean. Has lots of good equipment, The trainers are amazing and very knowledgeable. If you’re ever thinking about doing a fitness competition, want to hire some really good trainers, or looking for a really good atmosphere to work out in then this is a place for you. It’s open 24 hours which is a huge plus. Definitely feels like Home and a gym that is now my forever gym. They do have day passes if you ever want to just try it out.
