The danger of a great review is you risk blowing up your spot, but Tyler Romo deserves it! I’ve been doing the FIT360 class at 6am and it’s been a game changer for me. Combination of weight lifting and metcons. I’m 56 with a shoulder replacement and Tyler has been able to help me work around that. I’ve gained strength and got my body fat down. Emphasis on form and technique. It’s been great for me.

This location has made huge improvements in cleanliness standards. I was pretty disappointed when I first joined late last year. Around March of this year I started seeing cleaning crews regularly wiping surfaces, sweeping, mopping, polishing, and most importantly focusing on the bathrooms, locker room, and showers. Much appreciated!

I’ve been coming to this gym for over 11 years, and overall I’ve had a great experience. The staff has always been friendly, professional, and helpful. I truly don’t have anything negative to say about them. That said, the gym has become extremely crowded over the past few years. It’s consistently packed on the floor, and the sauna in particular is almost always full. While I understand it’s a popular location because it’s convenient, the overcrowding has started to impact the experience for me. As a woman, sitting in a sauna that’s packed shoulder-to-shoulder with a large group of men can feel uncomfortable, especially when it’s happening regularly. I respect that everyone has the right to use the space, but the level of crowding has made it less enjoyable and harder to relax.
