I’ve been a member for years and I’m somewhat disappointed in myself for not reviewing sooner. Great local gym. Everyone is super friendly whether you’re social or introvert and there’s a place for everyone at any level of fitness without feeling overwhelmed. Owner is very nice and he seems hands on with anyone who needs any help. Also Easy access at any hour you feel like stopping in as a member.

Wonderful gym. Lots of space, heaps of equipment that you don't have to wait for, good variety of classes and friendly regulars so you get a lovely community feel. Jamie the owner is an awesome guy and the class instructors are great. The people who come to this gym are of a range of a demographics and fitness levels, which I appreciated. All in all, fabulous gym for a great price. This has been my favourite gym and I'm sad to leave it because I'm moving away. Well done and thanks Jamie and Bay Fitness team - I'll miss you guys!

I came on may 20th 2025 and tried to cancel my membership, my membership ends on the 21st, the gym owner wouldn't let me cancel it, he wouldn't let me fill out the cancelation form, and said that I had to pay for another month even if I didn't use it, and said that was there policy, I left this review here to document the fact that I had come in person and did my part of canceling in person, Responding to ur latest response: bro ur straight up lying, my membership was not past due, and u know it, I was getting charged in advance and my membership was due on 22nd and I came in on the 20th

I just started coming to this gym about six months ago, and I am so happy here! The clientele seem to take good care of equipment and are respectful. The two trainers I see working here are always on the move, either conducting personal training sessions, filling water bottles, or just keeping tabs on the facility. I have rotated through a handful of gyms in the last 5 years or so (a few Anytime Fitnesses and one Snap Fitness down the road), I'm happy to have a clean, spacious local gym to attend!
