I was in town from California and I needed a gym for a few days this gym was AMAZING everyone was polite and welcoming I recommend this gym to anyone in Milwaukee area I am from Milwaukee would definitely come here if lived here again. Jeff who assisted me was very nice and welcoming thanks again for helping me out

Jeff was extremely friendly! He greeted us immediately when we walked in, showed us around since we are from another club, and was just an all around great guy to talk to (besides being a bears fan). He seems knowledgeable about all things related to Crunch and this club. Having been to many different crunch locations, this location stands out as being extremely clean, and all around great atmosphere. The Sauna room was fantastic!

I've been to this location before it was a Crunch Fitness. Recently signed up for Crunch Fitness at this location after years of being at a different gym franchise. They are doing a great job of keeping this facility clean and tidy. Staff is great and friendly. They always make it a point to say hello and good-bye. Also wanted to add, Charles is the man! I'm sure he gets this a lot. Keep it up, Crunch Greenfield!

Jeff is a phenomenal manager and was very kind giving me and my party a tour. I came from Oklahoma and have a membership there. I was easily able to scan my card and go right in. I was even able to bring a guest with me, too. Jeff was so kind and welcoming. He made us feel like we belong. This location is extremely clean and very well maintained. All machines were working and this location has a few more things than my home Crunch has. I hope to make my way back before we go back home. Thanks, Jeff!

Worst gym experience ever with Crunch Fitness. They only care about taking money from your account while making the cancellation process frustrating and confusing. Even after trying to cancel, they continued charging my card with no respect for customers. Customer service was unhelpful and unprofessional. I honestly feel scammed and would never recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and read the reviews before joining. Very disappointing experience with Crunch Fitness. I was charged even after trying to cancel my membership. Customer service was unhelpful and the cancellation process was frustrating and unclear. I would not recommend joining unless you fully understand their billing and cancellation policies.”
