Hands down one of the best gyms I've been to. Owner was incredibly nice, and there was a wide variety of equipment. Less gyms do day passes anymore and at times they're $25+. But only $10 for this gym. The monthly rate is very cheap too. Great vibes and style to the gym. If you're looking for a clean cookie cutter corperate gym maybe this isn't your style. But if you want good equipment and even better people...this is your gym!

Old school gym birthed from sweat and dedication. This gym has mixed equipment and real iron. Owner is chill and works hard. No gym is perfect but this one has the heart. And thats what I find most important. Being around people of the same mindset and dedication.

One the best gyms in Milwaukee if not the best. My new favorite gym in Milwaukee. You have to come in and check it out. It has everything you need. Go to gym in Milwaukee. Valentino Harris best gym owner in the city.
