Great downtown gym for local downtown. Parking is the biggest issue since I walk it’s not a big deal for me. Although in the winter months when it’s below 0 it’s can be annoying. Staff is great here. Very nice polite and friendly. Also this gym is bigger than the standard planet fitness gym offering a lot of space.

Nice gym. While in town for work, I stopped.in for a workout during a mid morning weekday. Nice that the place was mostly empty. Equipment was clean, organized and the gym has lots of natural light. I'll stop back when I'm in town.

I love planet employees. They’re very nice to all the guest. As of 2025 I didn’t have any problems with planet or 2026 so far.

Its a great location right on the river with a view of the art museum right in frong as the view. its beautiful the black card area is peaceful and always clean and the workers even when they don't feel like it the try to. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve never really been a big fan of Planet Fitness, but I recently started a membership because they offer red light therapy. I’m usually in the gym very early, around 4–5 a.m., and the experience can truly be night and day depending on who is working. Demetrius consistently stands out. He has excellent soft skills and provides genuine customer service that you don’t always see anymore. He’s welcoming, professional, and sets a positive tone first thing in the morning. It actually makes a noticeable difference in my overall experience at the gym. As someone who works in sales and customer service myself, I really value great interactions like that. It’s the reason I felt compelled to write this review. When Demetrius is working, the environment feels more positive and welcoming and when he isn’t, you definitely notice the difference. Planet Fitness is lucky to have someone like him representing their brand.
