I just completed my free 3-day pass, and from the moment I arrived, Paola made the experience exceptional! She greeted me with a warm welcome, gave me a thorough tour of the facility, and clearly explained all the amenities and options available. Paola was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire process. Thanks to her guidance, I decided to sign up for a year membership, and I’m excited to start working hard towards my goals. Highly recommend both the gym and Paola for anyone looking to get started.

I’ve been coming to this gym for years. The staff have always been amazing. Moe (the front desk staff) is always on time. He greets everyone with a smile. He is kind and Courteous. He is very knowledgeable and is able to resolve any issues that arise. Now about the gym it’s self. There are a lot of broken machines. The gym is old and definitely needs a remodel. They need more people to clean. Roland does a great job of cleaning but the gym needs 3 of him to cover the time the gym is open to keep it clean. They should change the name from 24 hours to 18 hours. That’s how long the gym is open. It would be nice if it opened at 4 am.

FILTHY. SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN BY THE BOARD OF HEALTH. OWNERS DO NOT RESPOND WHEN YOU GIVE THEM FEEDBACK STAFF STANDS AT THE FRONT DESK ON THEIR PHONE AND NEVER DOES CLEANING. ALWAYS MANY MANY BROKEN MACHINES. OFTEN THERE IS A BROKEN TOILET WITH POOP IN IT. THE CEILING IS CRUMBLING AND LEAKING AND THEY SIMPLY SET OUT GARBAGE CAN DAILY AS A WAY TO ADDRESS IT. OVER TWO YEARS I HAVE GONE HERE I HAVE SEEN ZERO IMPROVEMENT EVEN WHEN TALKING TO OWNWERS. I DON'T THE WINDOWS HAVE EVER BEEN WASHED. THEY AREN'T EVEN OPEN 24 HOURS NOW SO THEY ARE MAKING MORE PROFIT AND THEY STILL DON'T FIT OR CLEAN THINGS.

I’ve really enjoyed training with Paola! She’s knowledgeable, motivating, and always attentive to form and individual goals. Every session feels challenging but encouraging, and I’ve noticed a real improvement in both my strength and overall fitness. Satisfaction :)

Awesome! Love the service especially from Nick and the crew definitely love coming to this place and my boyfriend Vic is getting trained by Paola and she’s an amazing trainer and the manager Christina and the rest of crew are all so welcoming and awesome! Definitely have became more than a workout but as a 2nd home. Love coming here after work or when we have down time! Please if you need a personal trainer go here and go check out PAOLA OR NATE! Hella cool peeps and trainers overall just a cool as staff members! The place may not be up to par but the staff makes up for that experience and time there!
