Terrible customer service dude just seemed burdened by my inquiry into a membership. Absolutely short and impatience like I was keeping him off of his phone. He did even get up to speak to me. Told me anything to send me on my way. Definitely won't be joining this gym. Btw I didn't actually check the reviews before I went here. Now I totally understand the messly 3.7 rating. Don't join and save your money for something better.

Giving U a 5 ⭐ because I wasn't pressured into buying the memberships (on my 3 day free trial) I actually felt like the staff was nice. They have mouthwash, Q tips, lotion in the bathrooms. Literally perfect for ppl that need that stuff, towels for the showers. Soap etc. I like it . My fav machine is the padded treadmill thankssss.

Its ok. Bare minimum type of gym. The upstairs is pretty potent with bo. Not the greatest ventilation. But it does what it's supposed to. Provides equipment for working out.

The gym is clean, very well set and complete. The service is amazing, specially Josh that really cares about people.

Nice facility and machines but.. Overcrowded and yet the sales reps are extremely aggressive to sell more memberships especially if you go in to try it out or to take a single class. At what point does the gym simply get too crowded to use! I think we’ve passed that point.
